World Marriage Day is an annual celebration that takes place every second Sunday of February, close to Valentine’s Day. This year, it will also mark the "soft launch" of Radiate Love, an initiative by the California bishops to celebrate marriage and family. The California bishops have dedicated the 2024-2025 pastoral year to renewing the experience of the gift of marriage in the Catholic faithful in California. The aim is to support and empower married couples and families in your parish by linking the sacrament of marriage with Eucharistic Revival. Starting July 2024, parishes will receive monthly reflections, prayers, and resources to educate Catholics of all ages about Holy Matrimony.

El Día Mundial del Matrimonio es una celebración anual que tiene lugar cada segundo domingo de febrero, cerca del Día de San Valentín. Este año, también marcará el "lanzamiento suave" de Que Brille El Amor, una iniciativa de los obispos de California para celebrar el matrimonio y la familia. Los obispos de California han dedicado el año pastoral 2024-2025 a renovar la experiencia del don del matrimonio en los fieles católicos de California. El objetivo es apoyar y fortalecer a las parejas casadas y a las familias de su parroquia vinculando el sacramento del matrimonio con el Avivamiento Eucarístico. A partir de julio de 2024, las parroquias recibirán reflexiones, oraciones y recursos mensuales para educar a los católicos de todas las edades sobre el Santo Matrimonio.
